1. Introduction

3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud.
Once we accept your order, we will send you an email confirming acceptance and the details of your order (“Order Confirmation”). At this point a contract is formed between you and us.
We reserve the right to amend or update the product information, images, prices, availability, delivery times or any other details at any time, without prior notice.
4. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We endeavour to describe products on the Site as accurately as possible. However, appearance (such as colour) may vary depending on your device/screen.
Prices shown on the Site are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery charges (where applicable) will be clearly stated at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time you place your order, unless we agree otherwise.
We accept the payment methods listed on the Site (for example bank transfer, cash on delivery, Koko Pay, etc.).
If payment fails or is delayed, we may cancel your order or delay shipment until we receive cleared funds.
6. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to deliver products to the Sri Lanka islandwide region. Standard delivery is typically 2-4 working days from dispatch (unless stated otherwise).
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to your nominated delivery address. Ownership passes to you only when we receive full payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs issues or acts beyond our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In brief: you should inspect the products upon delivery and notify us of any missing/damaged items or defects within a reasonable time.
Custom orders or products altered to your specification may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds (where approved) will be processed to the original payment method or via an agreed alternative.
8. Your Account & Security
If you register an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account details secure.
