Founded in 2018 by Nithiya Yashidharanath, Silk Threaded Galore is a proudly Sri Lankan, women-led private limited company specializing in handmade silk-thread jewellery. Despite challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and economic fluctuations, our journey has been one of resilience, creativity, and community.
We believe that jewellery is more than an accessory — it’s a statement of identity, culture, and artistry. Each piece we create is a reflection of the hands, hearts, and stories of the women behind it.

A passionate digital marketing professional, Nithiya combines creativity with strategy to drive Silk Threaded Galore’s online presence and growth. She firmly believes that in the digital age, opportunities are limited only by imagination.
Her expertise lies in the psychology of choice — understanding how cultural and societal influences shape the way we choose fashion and jewellery. This unique insight guides her in curating designs that resonate deeply with our customers, always prioritizing quality over quantity.
Before founding Silk Threaded Galore, Nithiya worked as a content manager and CMO for over 100 dentists, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons across the U.S. and Canada, managing their digital and offline branding. Her blend of marketing acumen, aesthetic vision, and technological adaptability drives every aspect of Silk Threaded Galore — from design and production to delivery — through a fully digitalised process.
